Details

Anxiety Toolbox offers one of the quickest ways to access evidence-based strategies and interventions to reduce anxiety symptoms. This series consists of three 50-minute structured workshops but you can come to one or all in any order. Part 3 introduces alternative ways to respond to your anxiety and provides resources to create a personalized action plan for managing anxiety.
