Details

Anxiety Toolbox offers one of the quickest ways to access evidence-based strategies and interventions to reduce anxiety symptoms. This series consists of three 50-minute structured workshops but you can come to one or all in any order. Part 1 assists with understanding your anxiety, introduces controlled breathing for slowing down and disrupting the experience of anxiety and provides information to assist with healthy sleep.
