Mindfulness is the practice of being present and aware in the moment. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, and promote overall well-being. Join the Counseling Center in the Edith J. Carrier Arboretum to practice ways that you can cultivate mindfulness!

Meet us at the Frances Plecker Education and Welcome Center to pick up your instructions and then enjoy your mindful walk through the arboretum at your own pace. While the event will occur for three hours, the walk can be taken at your own pace so it can take as little as a half an hour or as much as the full three hours--whatever serves you best!
