Mission
JMU's Pre-Physical Therapy Society involves students interested in pursing a career in the field of Physical Therapy. Our organization meets once a month to discuss community service opportunities, fundraising opportunities, and chat with graduate school programs around Virginia. We hold a PT expo every year where graduate programs come to display and chat with our members about their programs, in person. The Pre-PT Society also gives members tips for building a good resume, guidance on the application process, and getting shadowing hours around the Harrisonburg area.

Membership Benefits
Members of JMU's Pre-Physical Therapy Society will have opportunities to create connections with doctorate programs, places to complete a practicum & internship, and meet possible future employers.
