Mission Membership Benefits

Mission
We aspire to enhance and expose the talents of participating members through modeling and dance, in showcases and exhibitions. We instill confidence, leadership, and professionalism while building self-esteem in all participating individuals. We strive to present ourselves with class, style, and power representing the new age of fashion.

Membership Benefits
i. Membership in this organization is open to all JMU students and will not be restricted on the basis of age, ability, ethnicity, gender, national origin, race, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or political affiliation.
ii. All members are required to sign a contract that will remain valid for the entire school year.
iii. All members are required to attend ALL meetings, practices, and events unless a valid reason is communicated to the President or Vice President.
iv. New members are able to be accepted throughout the fall semester with the signing of a contract, payment of dues, and understanding of Esteem Model's core values and mission statement.
v. New members will NOT be accepted after the second week of January in the spring semester unless otherwise authorized by the President.
vi. Membership for all members can not directly be revoked, however, noticeable activeness, dedication, and seriousness of membership can and will be considered when determining if the member deserves to be in shows, showcases, or any other social event that is a privilege of membership.
